When will I receive my order?

The timeline for your order depends on whether it's a custom order or a premade/pre-designed item.

For custom orders, orders will be processed in the order they are received and as quickly as possible. The estimated timeline can change without notice based on order size and current order volume. To begin production, we require approval of the digital proof, which you can expect to receive within 1-3 business days to confirm. Here's an estimated production and shipping timeline for custom orders:

  • Small laser cut/engraved items: 5-7 estimated business days production time
  • Large laser cut/engraved signs: 6-10 estimated business days production time
  • 2-6 estimated business days shipping time within the US
  • 10-14 estimated business days shipping time for international delivery

For premade/pre-designed items that do not require customization, your order will ship within 2-3 business days after it's been placed. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days after it's been shipped.

Will I receive a digital proof before my custom order is produced?

Yes, we always send a digital proof for your review and approval before producing your custom items. The digital proof is a computer-generated file that will be created for you based on the exact customization requested on your order.

Once you have placed your custom order with us, you will receive a digital proof via email within our estimated production timeline. The timeline may vary depending on the size of the order and our current order volume. Generally, it takes 1-3 estimated business days to receive a digital proof to confirm.

Please note that approval of the digital proof is required before we begin producing your custom items. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the design and that there are no errors before we start production.

Can I provide my own artwork for production?

Yes, we accept custom artwork as long as it meets our file requirements. The specifications for custom graphic engraving and laser cutting are:

  • Plain Black & Plain White (no grey scales or additional colors)
  • Expanded Vector Format (Adobe Illustrator File)
  • Original artwork file type: ai


Please contact us with your proposed design in the requested format or any other format you have, and we'll confirm if it's feasible. Note that any blurriness or pixelation in the artwork may be visible in the final product, and an additional fee may be charged based on the design's complexity. We strive to create the best quality products and will work with you to design something you'll love.

What is your return policy?

PRE-MADE / NON-PERSONALIZED ITEM

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pre-made/non-personalized item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, as long as the item(s) are unused and undamaged. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

Due to the custom nature of our items, all custom orders are final sale. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made, and any changes or cancellations will result in a cancellation fee, the amount of which will depend on how far along the production process is. If there are any discrepancies with your custom order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
